To be considered for hospitality roles, candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a food and beverage role, hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate), possess a current driver's license, and have experience in A La Carte, Functions and Banquets in resorts or hotels. For roles in cafes and restaurants, candidates should also have at least 12 months’ barista experience.

Common Hospitality Positions
Here are examples of the hospitality positions the Speedie Staff team can help fill:
- Food & Beverage Attendants: Responsible for serving food and drinks to customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and tidy dining environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
- Chefs/Cooks: Responsible for preparing and cooking meals, following recipes, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet the standards of the establishment. The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or equivalent experience, as well as excellent time management skills.
- Baristas: Responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, taking customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and a high level of attention to detail.
- Housekeeping: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
